About i-Play Multimedia

In 2002, DrayTek Australia was formed to distribute DrayTek routers, one of the leading brands in the global network CPE markets. With a combination of strong features and functions, and our effort in support and services, we have established a channel of distributors and dealers and happy customers in the SMB, corporate and home markets. After a company restructuring, i-LAN Technology Pty Ltd was formed in June 2007, taking over DrayTek Australia.

While we have been successful in meeting our customers' requirements with the DrayTek range of networking products, we have found that there are gaps among the needs and the products that are offered on the markets. The advancement of technology in broadband Internet, mobile devices, high definition TV, video/games/music, etc., means that the options for more devices, and the need for "smarter" interfaces among the devices are increasing dramatically. To fill these gaps, i-Play Multimedia was setup in June 2010 to distribute devices that link Internet to TV, or other display devices, for multimedia applications. We believe these products will help our customers to gain the benefits of the multimedia contents, whether for their work, learning or entertainment.

We work closely with our manufacturing suppliers to ensure that our products cover the cutting-edge technology and meet the requirements and expectations of our customers for functions, user friendliness, and most importantly, pricing.

In order to support our customers for them to gain the best possible value for money and time, i-Play Multimedia employs a talented team of experts in the fields of networking, communications, audio and video engineering, and provide sales and technical support services through our e-commerce website and our warehouse/office in Sydney.

i-Play Multimedia contracts reliable courier services to ensure customers' goods are delivered safely and promptly. We also employ strict standard procedures to ensure customers' expectation of good services are met, and to protect the transaction record and privacy of our customers.
